The Product Lister for eBay plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in versions up to, and including, 2.0.9. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to include and execute arbitrary files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where images and other “safe” file types can be uploaded and included.

Yes, it does. Except for eBay Motors.

What type of products can I upload to eBay using Product Lister for eBay?

You can upload both Simple and Variable products type to eBay but please keep in mind that some eBay Categories places restriction on whether or not you can upload Variable products to such categories.
